Telemarketing- I lied when I Say… (and that’s not even the half of it) (1)“I hate Telemarketing and here’s why!”

Having able to communicate with different kind of people through the phone can be one of the best things you can possibly do. But then again, if you’re a telemarketer, you can’t possibly enjoy communicating with different people anymore.

Having said this, Telemarketing can bring the joy out of communicating with other people, Having been into telemarketing. I could possibly say that when I started working as a telemarketer, I have chills when I talk to some of our clients or possible prospects

Throughout my years as a telemarketer, I’ve been talking to Australians, Americans, Singaporeans, Malaysians and so, but I never imagine that I would hate or love them even more.

I love the accent of some of our clients voice, but then again, I hate hearing some of our clients blame me for the something I didn’t do or asking me for a refund. Well, I guess it can’t be helped.

But if there’s one thing that telemarketing ever taught me, is that being a telemarketing can make your world complete. Of course, some might not agree with me, but here’s why I’ve said telemarketing can make your world complete:

  • You met different people
  • You can be happy or sad or even both if you want to
  • You can learn the way clients speak
  • You can build yourself

Well, I guess I lied when I told you that I hate telemarketing. And I’m not even sorry for lying.

T-Marketing has helped me understand how people act towards someone who they only heard over the phone. But I don’t blame them, because we’re human. That’s why for me, telemarketing is one heck of a joy ride.
